I started ZipPoint in 2026 after years working in a warehouse, where I packed and loaded everything from glassware to flat-pack furniture. I learned how things get damaged in transit, and how to stop it happening.
ZipPoint is just me and a small van, based in west Reading. When you book, you deal with me from the first message to the moment your item is handed over. If something isn't a good fit for my van, I'll tell you straight away and point you somewhere that can help.

Years of warehouse work means Tom knows how to pack, load and strap things so they arrive the way they left. Blankets and straps come as standard.
